Big day today. A "For Sale" sign appeared in our yard (see the tiny sign in the front yard of the top picture?). I've certainly been working towards this day for many weeks getting it all ready but wow, it's really here. Announcing to the world that we're packing up and leaving. I'm actually not that sad though - mainly feeling very good about how darn good the house looks. No clutter. No random toys to trip over. No piles to deal with. Ahhhh. It feels good. very good. I could get used to this and maybe can have the kids trained on picking all their stuff up regularly after this whole "house on the market" phase of our life is over.
Here are some other pictures of our beautiful, green street that we'll be leaving behind. Jake loves green and hills so Abu Dhabi will be a big adjustment!
