Now *this* is a milestone. Our littlest has spent her last day at preschool. Because our elementary school has a pre-K year, she'll move to the elementary school a year earlier than she would if we lived in the US.
Now as the youngest she absolutely can't wait to be at the same school with her sisters (and in terms of logistics, it will be very, very nice for me, too). But after three years at Bright Beginnings (Meredith attended her when we first moved here as well), we are quite sad to say good-bye to such a lovely little place where the teachers have just loved on our little girls.

International Day where Anna wore the red, white and blue of the USA and brought it something from her country to share. The White House 3-D puzzle was a big hit!

Anna also received an award for "Best Drawer" in her class (she clearly got that from Jake and not me!)

Happy to show off in her graduation hat

Happy that Dad was able to come watch - there were awards, certificates, singing and a photo slideshow (which may have induced a few moms and teachers to a few tears)

Mrs. Maziya who also had Meredith two years ago.

With friend, Agnes, who is also the youngest of four. Sadly Anna and Agnes will be at different schools next year.

Good-bye Bright Beginnings - you have been very, very good to our family. We will miss you! |
