Class photos

Love this time of year when class photos come home.  Regan is *not* happy with hers although I think it was fine (she was cracking a joke at her friend Yu kyung and it just looks like she is looking sideways a bit).  There are quite a few closed eyes/ not great expressions in her photo so not the best overall but not terrible either.

Regan is the 3rd from the right in the middle row in the purple shirt.  Her friend Yu kyung is on the right and her friend Lucia is on her left.  They are good friends.

Jane looks adorable on the far right of the middle row next to her beaming friend Maya (also in purple).  Her other good friends are her new friend Summer (in green dress in front of her) and Ameera - 3rd from the left in the front row (also in purple).

Meredith's kindergarten photo is so cute.  She's in the pink bow in the back row next to best buddy for three years running (Alicia in pink dress).  New friend Gwyneth (long, blond curls) is on Alicia's right.

Anna's pre-school photo was a real surprise - I just love the fun format (although Jake misses the little lines of kids!).  I love how it includes all their names and you get a sense of their personalities.  Anna's best buddy is in the other class so she's not in this photo but her other good friend is Agnes with the pink tights.  Anna's main teacher (Ms. Rafia to Anna's left) inspired Anna naming her strawberry blond hair and freckled American Girls doll "Rafia" after Ms. Rafia).  Ms. Maziya (on the right) was also one of Meredith's teachers when she was in pre-school.  We'll miss Bright Beginnings next year!
