We had a day off from school for a teacher work day and spent the day in Dubai at the Le Cite d'Enfants which is our favorite indoor kids' play/ learning space. It's a cross between a hands-on kids science museum and a play place. They love to build the house (most of the pictures below are them moving the bricks to the house to build the walls). They also were able to "repair" a car and lots of other fun things. We first did this last year and were so glad to get to go back on a regular school day so that we had the place almost to ourselves!
We also took a friend of Jane's (Brenli) whose mom and brand new baby sister were still in the States awaiting month old baby sister's passport so that mom and baby could join Brenli and her dad back in the UAE. Brenli was a great addition to our day!

i have always wanted to have an adventure abroad, and seeing all the amazing things you get to do over there makes me fantasize about it even more! looks like you are all having an amazing time!
