Rest of Christmas break - a bit quiet!

After a wonderful two weeks in the US celebrating Christmas with both sides of the family in Arkansas and Colorado, we came back to Abu Dhabi for a week of downtime for the kids before school started back, a day to celebrate Christmas in our house and back to work for Jake and me.   Not many photos of our week back before school started.

I quickly decided the girls Colorku puzzle was a fun one.  Meredith and I discovered that we used very different strategies and when we worked together, we could solve it quite well together with teamwork.   The girls also think Gammy would like Colorku since she likes Sudoku

Our annual 1000+ piece puzzle.  This one would not have been completed without Jake's patience - too much blue/ similarity for me! 

Anna asked for a big box and Santa brought her one - Regan helped cut out a shaped window.

The temperate dropped to the high 60s and we were all freezing!!
